Web Designer/Studio Manager

We are currently working alongside this progressive, successful design business with offices based in Surrey.

Although the role is that of a Studio Manager, this is very much a "hands on"

graphic design role. The business is expanding and they are looking for an ambitious individual that has the technical skills required and a desire to lead the business onto the next level of its development. Applications are welcomed from candidates that fulfil the following criteria: Recognised design Degree Creative and original design skills in print and new media A minimum of 5 years working in a design agency, 2 of which should have been in a man-management role Own form of transport is essential due to the location of their offices. The main purpose of the role is to actively create designs for both print and new media, management a small design team and to market the services of the business. The role closely works alongside the sales team and the successful candidate will manage artwork, typesetting, pre-flighting of jobs to include correcting client supplied artwork. Offer creative and effective design solutions for Corporate ID, Corporate stationery, marketing collateral, promotional literature, advertisements, new media, websites, micro-sites, banner advertising, e-shot compaigns, social media marketing.
