Groundworks Site Supervisor / Working Foreman

Groundworks Site Supervisor / Working Foreman required for immediate start. Initially a freelance contract with the of the position becoming a permanent contract with a growing groundworks sub-contractor. You will be responsible for: - Managing gangs of groundworkers and plant operators. - Liaising with the main contractor. - Requisitions of materials & plant. - Plant checks. - Checking and submitting health & safety plans. - Progress reporting to a visiting Contracts Manager. - Ensuring works are carried out to schedule and in line with health & safety plans. - Timesheets. Qualifications required: - SSSTS or SMSTS. - CSCS Card. - CPCS Plant licences (an advantage). - First Aid (an advantage).
