Travel Sales Support Analyst required by this very well established large corporate organisation in Croydon. Objective of the Role To ensure the smooth running and administration of client accounts assigned to the Travel Sales Support Analyst (TSSA), under the guidance of the appropriate Account Manager and direction of the Senior Sales Support Analyst.Maintain the quality and accuracy of all material and information provided to clients and Account Managers in fulfilling the above function Thirty-five hours per week. However, due to the nature of this role hours may vary in line with the needs of the business. Main Duties Ensure that all areas of routine sales administration are fully up to date, through co-ordination and close co-operation with the relevant member of the Sales Team Ensure the implementation and maintenance of laid down business administration procedures, through liaison with the Marketing, Finance and Operations departments. Be a second line contact for clients in the absence of the Account Manager, responding to client queries. Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly statistical reports, (as agreed with the client), profitability reviews, and general information for both internal and external customers Implement new schemes on all relevant systems, where assigned to the SSA by the Senior Sales Support Analyst. Maintain up to date records including all relevant information, key contacts and contract details for those clients and schemes that are assigned to the SSA Establish and maintain an effective working relationship with all other departments. Health & Safety Ensure that your work area is kept safe and tidy at all times. Abide by the Health & Safety Work Act 1974. Notify the Company Health & Safety officer or the Managing Director of any Health & Safety issues which may cause harm to fellow employees Advise your Team Leader of any areas of work for which you require any additional training. Work as a member of a team within the quality system and follow all documented quality procedures and instructions. Key Performance Areas Work towards achieving 100% on all Company, departmental, team and individual key performance targets. Participate and contribute towards individual annual appraisals, team meetings and regular one-to-one assessment sessions Work within and be compliant at all times with all relevant regulations and legislation applicable to the role Manage or assist with relevant ad-hoc projects as required by the Senior Sales Support Analyst. Complete all appropriate administration. Provide relevant reports to the Senior Sales Support Analyst, or Group head office, on a monthly basis. Carry out any other additional duties as requested by the Senior Sales Support Analyst from time to time within the scope of your role. ATTRIBUTES ESSENTIAL DESIRABLE Should be well presented in line with working within a corporate environment. Educated to GCSE' Level standard or equivalent. A' Level Education Good commercial awareness with a customer service' mindset Strongly numerate, able to interpret data and draw conclusions from information supplied Strong administration and organisational skills Excellent telephone manner Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills Intermediate/Advanced Access Skills Assistance/Insurance administration knowledge Travel Insurance Knowledge SQL Experience VBA knowledge Good communication and interpersonal skills. Confident and assertive Flexible and adaptable to changing situations. Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines Mature approach to work duties. Thorough and accurate numerical skills Basic salary to 20k pro rata.
